Even if the weather makes us feel like it is winter, spring is upon us. If your New Year’s resolution was to focus on ways to enhance your purpose this is a great time to reflect and assess. One of the ways to review the first half of the year is to see how you are working toward your goals. Do you have the information you need to make progress? What are your values and are they working for you or against you? Do you feel like you have the support you need to do the things you want to do? Having goals is the first step, and then creating a plan of action to meet those goals is next.
